On Steam page of Gotham Knights shows that gamers will need at least a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 graphics card to play the game on high settings at 60fps, but only at 1080p resolution. And For better gaming experience you'll also need a CPU like Intel i7-10700K or Ryzen 5 5600X or similar to or better than i7-10700K or R5 5600X also you need a 16GB of RAM in your pc, that's already a big demand for 1080p. So if you are using 8GB ram upgrade to 16GB fast if you want good gaming experience.
